On the outside, the Samsung sgh-D980 features a large 2.6" touchscreen display, weighs 117g and measures 97.5 x 55 x 16.3 mm making it a fairlt light and compact device.

Memory is expandable upto 2Gb and it features an FM radio as well as the usual multimedia formats.

The camera is a 5 megapixel affair thats supported with autofocus & flash resulting in great photographs and video each and every time.
